This course covers a range of Digital Science topics and is aimed at students with different levels of skills and knowledge of computer use. The course is designed to give students a basic level of skills and knowledge in order to achieve L1 credits and prepare them for L2 and beyond.
Areas of learning include: Algorithms, programming and computational thinking.
This course will be assessed using Digital Technology Achievement standards. The assessment will require students to learn and develop new skills in order to apply them to solving problems. Assessment is a combination of internally and externally assessed standards.
