A course for people planning to work in the Hospitality industry. It focuses on the theory and practical applications of food preparation and presentation, hygiene and safety in the food industry and terminology associated with these topics.
This course offers up to 20 Unit Standard credits at L2 from Service IQ - the Hospitality Training Organisation. Both theory and practical skills are assessed. Credits count towards the New Zealand Certificate in Hospitality.
